😐 The "observation deck" is a wide spot in the road with parking. It does afford a great view of one of the locks, but there is really no thoughtful provision for tourists, particularly photographers. A tall chain link fence makes photos difficult as everything has to be snapped through the fence....

👍👍 Un mirador muy bonito. Recomiendo pongan la ruta en Waze aunque vayan caminando para estar seguros que van por donde es aunque no hay donde perderse porque hay rótulos. Dos cosas importantes: 1.
