Best places: Beaches in Tocumen, Panama

👍 For a busy Saturday morning, I was pleased with my trip. I brought my own blanket and umbrella and so I saved money by not needing to get a chair and umbrella. There was some trash on the beach, but it did not inhibit my good experience. I did not eat, but there was plenty of restaurants available....

👍 There are a lot of stones on the beach, you need to find a separate place where surfers go to swim.

👍👍 The second best beach on Isla Contadora. I recommend spending a moment there while you order some drinks at the bar (USD 14 approx). Also go to the hotel restaurant that is on that beach. A perfect dinner with the sunset/night.

👍👍 Excellent beach, nearby river. Quite calm waves. Don't go too far because the sand burns if you have to walk too far. Bring everything, I didn't see bathrooms or places where food was sold. But with your cooler and your tent you have everything you need. Beautiful beach.
