😠 Appointment was at 3-5PM. We were asked to be there before 3PM. But the doctor arrived at past 6PM. No update or apology from the staff or from the doctor. We were just asked to check from time to time if the doctor is already in. A group of 4 senior citizens were supposed to have their checkup too...
