😠 The bed was really uncomfortable when they are performing their massage, i didn't feel any relief and my back hurts more after the massage maybe because of the bed not good. Overall i wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone. Won't come back here for sure. Also, reception was not that accomodating.

😠 Went to nailhouse sm Baguio on 28 March . My shellac mani was removed with force using a pusher , they didn’t soak it to soften . Then the girl who did my nails looks like she didn’t care , I just kept quiet and this was the final outcome of my 600php . I think I would’ve done a better job myself ....

😠 My first time at di na ako uulit pa. Reasons: 1. The place looks so old at mukhang madumi. 2. Expensive for a local spa na wala namang amenities. 3. First Spa na instead of soothing and relaxing music ang naririnig, christmas song. at I saw mommy kissing santa claus pa. Gusto ko umindak sa massage...

😠 My husband & I requested for 1.5hr-massage but my session finished way before it’s expected. My husband started his sesh ahead of me but surprisingly, I was released first…mine was completed 20mins earlier with a couple of interruptions as my masseuse needed to go out & what’s more disappointing was...
