😠 I measured a new pair of glasses and they told me to come back for it a week later. One week later I came back, they were unfinished and told me to go home. I said I wanted a refund, then they told me to wait 20 minutes to have glasses. WHAT DA FVCK??? 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU !!!

😠 Got my lenses from them and most but not all staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s as if you are begging them to assist you. They are cherry picking on to who they want to help. Special mention to “chelle” not pleasant to every customer.

👍 They are in promo, but they do not have much stock, particularly their contact lenses. You can't even get the chance to get what you really like. Perhaps we went there late and everything got almost sold out.
