👍 Tried cansi for the sole reason that I’m in Bacolod City. The staff was kind and courteous, the place was busy, and the food’s flavorful. Their cansi’s really meaty and the soup’s not as oily as expected (like bulalo). They also have other food items as well as souvenirs.
