👍 Family stayed in 2 loft units. Place was very good. T&B were clean. AC was good. Got to try the gym. It was just the bare essential (dumb bells, thread mill, stationary bikes) but working and clean. The pool was nice. On the other side is a children play area so you can watch the kids.

🫤 The General Manager Tobbey Tabornal is not pet or animal friendly. If he could ask to take away all of the pets in the building. He already did. We hope we could get a better GM here. Ayala Land Premier brand is known for not being cruel to animals. I wonder how this guy got a job here.

👍 Old condominium building but with well-maintained and decent facilities. Rent is much lower compared to other condominiums in Makati. Love how it’s near different restaurants and convenience stores. Unit sizes are decent and what you would expect in Makati. SM Hypermarket is also a short walk away....
