It is true that their laksa is one of the best I have tasted outside of Singapore. They do not scrimp on ingredients and they serve it piping hot ( of course on top of a burner that I thought I ordered for Tom Yum Goong!)

😐 A Hong Kong specialty restaurant named after the capital city of the US 50th State...interesting!
I had pork and mushroom rice; the smell was so authentic. Be careful when ordering for rice dishes served in metal bowls...the food is so hot it actually can burn your tongue.
