😠 I asked how long the caged puppy had been in the window... One week... No water in the cage. Had to ask the man to give him water. As soon as the man got the water out, the puppy went crazy. Dirty, starved for attention, sitting in his own urine. Disgusting treatment of animals. Shameful.
