😐 The steak was served cold on the inside, like literally you know it just came out of the freezer. We can’t cook it long enough on the stone to make the inside hot bec ofc the meat will be chewy. They informed us that it has just been delivered so maybe that’s why they didn’t get to thaw it properly....
