👍👍 A perfect place for promenade, for family bonding, picnic, and events place. Also good for a morning jog, walk or biking. It has malls, restaurants, hotel and a man-made lake at the center where you can feed the fishes and ride a boat.

👍 Very strict on the uniform specific on the foot apparel... No Crocs or slippers... Better talk it out if you have foot wounds or corn withe the guard on duty... There's always room for an exception.

👍👍 We are living here for almost 3 years now and I am telling you, this is a very good community. The staff and security are very courteous. The garden is quite nice. There are birds chirping every morning. It is perfect but there is only one problem, the parking is very expensive.

😐 Gates are secured by the guards. I noticed everytime I visit here a lot of questions like a panel investigation even though my friend who lives here is a home owner and has called the securities that I will be visiting. Gave description of me and my car color and license plate.😆
