😠 Do Not attempt to even step your foot here. This building is the worst to live in. Do not let the photos or anything deceive you. Worst property management. The elevators are barely working! Security is soo bad with their Job. In short this building has no redeeming quality!! So I’d stay away!!

👍 A lot of people abandon the place because they can not pay the monthly rental fees during pandemic. Majority of renter before are Chinese from Mainland China who work from Pogo in MOA. The rooms are small with the price of 36k pesos per month. They have different business stablishment in this area.
