👍 Quite a lot of sandwiches (baked goods , gourmet and cold sandwiches ) to choose from. Shakes, cold and hot drinks .

😠 Went here on opening day, they said the first 100 customers would get a free cookie. I waited 4 hours for it to open. When I ordered, I never got my free cookie. The donuts weren't anything special too.

🫤 Overpriced but the taste is so ordinary.. Ramen was served cold.. Plus now they ask for 500 pesos parking fee before you could enter Crosswinds. 100 parking 400 consumable.. Not worth it. The place is lovely and the ambience is nice. But food, price, everything else are poor.

😠 Paid 890 PHP for a dry croissant, bottled mango juice and some pineapple that were almost passed date. Insanely high price for very poor quality food. Not recommended.

😠 very bad service that i almost missed out my flight. they asked if i could wait for 10-15mins for my food so it’s actually fine but they actually missed out my order. so after 30mins of waiting and informing them, first of all they never apologise. they still having their own sweet time doing my ord...

😠 The food pricing is reasonable but the salted egg flavored chicken wings taste like cheese powder, not recommended. Also, we waited for more than an hour before we got our food.

😐 Your usual hotel cafe that serves so-so breakfast, meals and snacks. Cozy and tucked in a corner, you could spend some time here just chilling and watching local TV programs on their TV. Service is ok. Wifi is serviceable.
