😠 Unfriendly staffs except for the trainee. This store does’nt follow the rules/memo from Switch Main Office. Try to ask their Facebook page first then ask the employees here. Their statements wont match. Worst apple store in the Philippines.

😠 VERY Poor customer service, especially from the manager. I went to this Trinoma branch to request a SIM upgrade. I only have my digitized PhilID and my Philhealth ID, which the manager outright told me can't be honored. The male employee ( can't forget his face) even suggested that I get a postal ID...

😠 I would not recommend this to my family nor friends this company is disaster always giving me a problem. Go with a different provider. Theres a lot of provider. Dont choose globe its horrible.

😠 Super slow service. Only 1 representative is accommodating a lot of waiting customers! No sense of urgency and most of them are just doing chit-chat with their fellow workers. Paying at the counter even took 15 mintues to complete. Process of changing sim took 1.5 hrs!
