👍👍 Peaceful and safe neighborhood. Guards are friendly and maintenance is doing a really good job and is very helpful. Repairs of things like the road, playground etc could be better, but that only works if everybody pays the HOA Fee. All in - a very nice place to live

👍👍 Guards are courteous, well mannered, and strict. Visits and deliveries must be planned ahead of time to avoid bottlenecking because of very strict regulations.
