Worst rated Parks in Quiapo, Philippines

😐 It's called a park but it's used by teenagers as a place where they practice their dance crew moves. Too many people on skateboards ON THE STREET. What's lovely are the trees that give shade all around. It's too noisy to read and just sit as there is a tennis court and a basketball court.
