😠 Customer service: level hopeless. Waiting to pick up online order. There is ONE customer at the desk and another three waiting to receive any service. Behind the counter SEVEN employees with no interest in the customer whatsoever. Even managed to catch five of them in one photo 🤦

🫤 There's a Black Red White store in every hick town across Poland, but this massive store tries to look fancy and expensive. It ends up being very expensive and not very exciting. I find the furniture ugly and way overpriced compared to IKEA.
