Best places: Pan asian restaurants in Żoliborz, Poland

😠 Despite the information that the cafe will be open, unfortunately it will be closed with four triggers, the windows are covered and there is no living spirit (it is 08/15 at 16:20).

😠 The owner is rude and doesn’t communicate well. Food very mediocre for the price. 35 zl with a drink is not cheap in Warsaw. Not recommended since it has this cheap Asian "budka" taste. If it would be 12-14 zl I would understand. But not 30+ zl. There are so much better restaurants nearby.
