Chef very detail oriented in job.
Staff very nice and patient but owners "lady boss"🤣🤣🤣 as she call herself like that could be little more open to customer and less apathetic.
I wouldn't be back there because of her.

🫤 I do not recommend ramen. The worst I've ever tested. It's hard to find its advantages, and as for the main disadvantages:
1. A dramatic broth, butted with soy sauce. He had nothing to do with the Tonkotsu it should have been according to the menu.
