👍👍 Zdecydowanie polecam! Jestem niecałe 6 miesięcy po zabiegu rekonstrukcji chrząstki w kolanie. Trener dopilnował, by rehabilitacja przebiegła sprawnie i rzetelnie, a także zwrócił uwagę na inne niedoskonałości ruchowe. Bardzo miła atmosfera :)
