😠 I am 22 years old, went to urgency area because I have anemia . I was already in very poor health and had to wait for 12 hours to get proper checkup and medication . The system is too slow for urgent situations. I wonder how much time the regular check up might take. This needs to improve!!!!!

😠 Nobody answers the phone, no matter what time it is! They don't respond to emails! With this, they oblige the user to go personally to the Health Center, without having to do so. There are matters that can be resolved via phone, via email, but it seems that in this service they don't know that yet....
