😠 The experience was very bad, presenting a quote of 1200 euros to repair a 6 year old laptop that cost 1600 euros when new and the quote only covering the replacement of 1 part is just ridiculous, they could have more respect for the customer.

😠 I sent my phone to be repaired a month and 5 days ago, I was told that in 7 days they would repair it, then I was told that in 10 based on the repairs, then nothing.. then for about 4 days I sent one email every day but no answer, where is my phone?
