😠 These people are so unprofessional. There were 5 empty seats and a party of seven wanting to get on, so they tried to kick a family off. When they didn’t leave (and they shouldn’t) they kept us all waiting for 20 minutes until a family with 2 kids got off. Rude and unprofessional.
