👍👍 It's an awesome store, I love it! Plenty of books, electronics, gaming equipment, merch, just about everything with awesome quality and great service! You can also pick up packages and buy event tickets there.

😠 They have really good payment plans. But the customer service is extremely bad! Acts as if they don’t want to help with more information. Looks annoyed and doesn’t want to work. Maybe there wages are low with a heavy work load. Employees doesn’t look happy there.

🫤 The cascaismall needs some better quality of staff, no one was there to help us with our queries, once we managed to select what we wanted it was out of stock, understand that being out of stock is not something the staff can manage but the least expected is the staff to be helpful but unfortunately...
