😠 Unprofessional and rude. Closed during work hours, I had to wait for half an hour for someone to arrive, only to find out they cancelled my reservation because I was 15 minutes late. Never responded to my complaint. Never had such a bad experience with any other agency. Worst car rental in Belgrade.

😠 They‘ve sent a minivan with all seatbelts broken. All of them. I’ve rented the van just for us, as we were traveling with small kids who needed car seats, but I could not secure the seats as the seatbelts were not working. And they absolutely didn’t care about it. Never again!
