😠 There were only 2 staff and one of them was busy styling a customer's hair, the other one was serving all the other people. Had to wait for 20 minutes even though there were 2 people before me, because that guy was trying to sell hair products and a 50 dollar membership card to every single customer...

😠 Horrible haircut by male PRC hairdresser. Didn't follow reference photo at all and ruined the hair completely and worst still, very confidently. Avoid at all cost. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They will try so hard to convince you that your scalp needs to be treated and pressure you to take a complimentary scan of your scalp. 😠 I went there for a haircut and the Indian guy is impatient. After the cut there were still some errors with my hairstyle and I asked him to correct it. But he kept rushing it and I still wasn't satisfied. And he still was really impatient. Later that day I got scolded by my mom :(

😠 Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour for a simple haircut and I could see them go into the room side to sit and relax when they could be cutting my hair. Would have taken them literally 5mins because i have short hair. Absolutely ridiculous on how rude the staff was as well.

👍 Hairdresser was of average skills, attentive to customer request, small space abit crampy. Overall was alright, price fluctuating like crypto.
