👍👍 Didn’t expect a meal so lovely before we went. The head chef apprenticed in Japan and the dishes are elegant, beautiful and yummy… the restaurant is a fabulous combination of traditional style and modern style… we had a very pleasant time there.

👍 We tried the Omakase lunch set <yume> at Shinji which is located within Carlton hotel. The ingredients were fresh and nicely prepared by the chef. Overall portion was just nice and each dish was bite sized. The price is slightly high, but still considered reasonable.
