😠 Bad service. We were waiting and waiting, looking for salesman and nothing. When we found one he was arogant and just waiting to go home. At the end they did us a favour... we couldnt buy some stuff there so we went elsewhere and found better quality product for same price. Always the same thing......

😠 Vendors are very busy filling shelves and customers don’t even notice. If you’re lucky and find a salesperson, he’s from another department and can’t help it. You search, you wait, you join some more waiting customers until you have enough and you go to Merkur in Jesenice.

😠 Unfriendly staff. Limited payment options. The staff gets lost if you want to make a company purchase. Some financing options are available only in theory, they cannot fulfill. Overall a horrible buying experience.
