😠 East London is definately not siutable as a tourist destination. Flew in this morning. There is litter everywhere. Got to be one of the filthiest cities in the world.

😠 The front desk staff at Medicross in EL are extremely rude and abrasive with patients. I understand it’s a high pressure job and gets really busy but everyone coming in there is in need of help and some quite emotionally vulnerable. They need to take the staff on some kind of EQ training.
