👍👍 This was our first visit to Bokkie Park. We where definitely impressed. There are bunnies, ducks, grease, and chickens all wondering around. U can feed the animals and jus picnic around them. There are also horses goats and loads more to see. If u are in the area it is definitely worth the visit.

👍 ABSA JHB 10km race took kver the city from the square on Heratige day. This was spectacular to see more than 5000 runners dressed in red parading around the city. 👍👍 Overall a good, well maintained park with a lovely dam. Best to visit during busier time in groups for safety. Lots of shady trees and good picnic spots. We saw some people fishing at the dam. The dam also has a few ducks.

👍 Its a nice place to take the family for a day outing on a hot day. The wide spaces give it an out of town feel and its reasonably priced. Just one thing for me that need improvement: The swimming pool needs regular cleaning, the pool floor was a bit slippery suggesting it needed some cleaning.
