😐 It's an estate I don't know what more is there to say but that it's a residential area. Literally looks like every other estate in Centurion.

😠 Unfortunately this complex is going downhill by the day! Water issues, electricity (more power cuts than loadshedding) unruly children, no respect for others. No adherence to rules and regulations and continuous bickering amongst everyone. Definitely not recommended.
