Best places: Picnic grounds in Elfindale, South Africa

👍 Went as a work end-of-year function geoup event. Great scenery if you like winelands and gentle hills. Food is very tasty, and staff are very friendly and helpful. No mixed up orders. Personally I am not a fan of their wine, especially the rosé. Food more than made up for it though.

😐 This is a really lovely park but the prices depicted on the internet is incorrect. It's actually more than indicated. However, as they only take cash we had to struggle to find a bank to draw money. Not really the best experience... But the park itself is beautiful. Braai areas and trails to go hike...

👍👍 Lovely tidal pool to swim and enjoy the scenery of powerful mountains and endless sea, with a picnic area and rocks nearby. On my journey to dip into each tidal pool, each one is as beautiful as the last one - they’re all incredible. Someone said one had an octopus in it once…curious…

👍 This was a great place. Nice and clean, green and lush. The braai area is not too bad either. Bathroom facilities were quite clean for a general public toilet. Not much to do for kids as there are no swings or play equipment. Best to bring some toys to keep them busy. Beautiful views all aroun...

😐 It's a great spot to braai with the family but the prices are not great, its R28 per car and R31 per adult just to get in

👍 Good place for the whole family. Kids and pets included. Lovely grassy area. Picnic place doesn't have a liquor license but beers and wine can be bought at the Deli and brought in.
