😠 Had an appointment for 3.30pm, only saw the doctor (Dr. Patrick Gotyana) at 4.30pm. When asked why I had to wait an hour to see the doctor, the receptionist said it depends on the time spent on the previous patient. They also confirmed that they book a patient every 15 minutes... which is ridiculous...
