😠 Very bad service omphile broke my 70inch tv then denied it

😠 F’d up delivery service shame, I don’t know why they don’t allow their customers to take their products. Imagine having to be the one calling the delivery guy when coming to deliver that time you paid for delivery!!! I’ll never use the again.

😠 So..after visiting Rochester...I popped into your branch..and to my amazement another salesman focused on his cell phone rather than the customer. Guys..train your staff up..start offering excellent service. You can't afford to offer less in this economy.

😠 Shocking service. We paid a ton for a new lounge suite arranged for the delivery to our home and then left the store. A few days later I was called to confirm which day they can deliver. We arranged for 9 Jan. While we were on leave we were harassed with phone calls about us needing to come collect....
