There are only two Licencing offices in the Municipally to write your learners and Drivers Licence, the Mookpophong office burnt down and will not be taking booking...

😠 The Dr on call come tipsy (probably from a party)the patient who was hit by a car in the middle of the night was discharged in pain ,staff working night shift at casualty i think they either forget thier professional oath or just didn't understand the meaning of it.
