😠 The staff don't know their products and when you do drive there after they confirmed that they have stock and don't have it actually they just pull their shoulders up and say sorry made a mistake. They will not see me again

😠 Some of the people on the floor isnt very friendly or helpfull. Also the gentlemen that stands at the door is very aggressive and violent. He was in a cusding and cursing match with a white client that left the store. That was an extremely bad representation of your brand. I felt really unsafe

😐 I mostly buy games here for my Xbox, service can be a bit slow but there is a wide range of products at good prices. Xbox, Playstation, PC and PSP games and second hand DVD's can be bought here at good prices. Keep in mind that the majority of the products are second hand.

😠 Don't go to this store unless you want to be told how you can and can't dress in their store. Only store I've ever come across that FORBIDS you from wearing a cap. Don't ever expect to see me in your store again. I'm not your child for you to tell me how to dress.

😠 Pawn items with them then before I could collect we were transfered to Kzn. Contacted manager and after a arrangement and all my payments received they sell my items. Now telling me my contract expire, but they took my money even after my items were sold.
