😠 A bad place with poor management, expensive rent and a horrible maintenance. No back up when electricity is gone but so quick to send letter of demands when people struggle to pay. Bad service 24/7

😐 The place is nice, clean, safe and secured... Love the carpots. ELECTRICITY meters are a problem... They are like another rental on its own njee😭, that's the only problem there...
I wish the owner can rethink and consider changing the meters that are currently installed... They are a nightmare.
