😠 Not sure about the Farrarmere shop but the one in Northmead Square broke my watch. By replacing the battery she ripped my pin out. And then wanted to tell me the pin was loose and it's my fault. Just as I know my pin was tight and I saw her do it, so will I advise everyone to not go there.
