👍 The service was ok from the staff, though i could not find what i was looking for

😠 Their customer service is very poor. We asked for assistance on arrival and the person we got was not keen on helping us and instead another customer who noticed what was happening had to help us with what we needed because she had been to the store before.

👍👍 I have to share how easy it was to get a quotation over the phone, having it sent over email and paying on my side as I was still in Cape Town when I bought the material. it was easy to have it delivered to my village, very good customer care and they do call to check if everything was delivered.
