일부 의사와 대부분 병동 간호사들은 친절교육을 하지 않아서 그런지 불친절함.
일부 의사들은 병동 회진시 환자를 직접 면담하지 않고 간호사들에게 들은 내용으로 처방함.
약제사들 파업으로 약이 엉뚱한 환자에게 지급되거나 오전약이 오후에 올라오기도 함.
