👍 임진왜란 당시 의병장 조헌선생과 의승 장영규대사가 이끄는 칠백여명의 의병이 만오천여 명의 왜적과 싸우다 모두 순절하자 조헌선생의 제자 박정량과 전승업 등이 싸움이 있은 후 그분들의 유해를 함께 모셔놓은 곳이다.
매년 9월23일에 국가에서 칠백의사 순의제향 행사를 거행하고 있다고 합니다.

올라가는 길은 위험하며 일차로다
맞은편 차와 애메한 상황이 자주 일어남
올라가면 음식점은 없으며 물론 주변에도 없다
주변에 갈만한 곳도 없다
400미터 정도 등산을 해야 사랑나무에 도착할 수 있다.
사진을 찍고 나서 후보정이 필요하며 좋은 점은 주변 경치가 나름 볼만한 경치다.

개인적으로는 병산서원과 비교하면 위치, 건물의 방향, 주변 환경과의 조화가 조금은 아쉬웠지만 유네스코 유산으로 등록된 이유가 분명히 있을거라 생각합니다.
유네스코 문화유산 등재로 유지관리도 잘 이루어지고 있어 앞으로도 우리의 문화유산이 잘 지켜지리라 믿습...

👍👍 민족 수탈의 역사부터 함께하는 오래된 간이역. 근대문화재로 등록되어 있어서인지 관리가 잘되고 있네요. 철길을 걸어보고 싶었지만 지금도 사용되고 있는 철로라고 해서 위험표시가 되어 있습니다. 월요일은 휴무라고 하는 거보니, 휴무일을 제외하고 개방된 공간 같습니다.
