스테이크는 굽기정도도 물어보지도 않았고 미디움레어로 나왔는데 레스팅 안시키고 잘라서 그런진몰라도 육즙이 없었고 가운데는 아예 안익었네요. 밖은 바삭했는데 안을 신경 안쓴 고기였습니다.

The cod roe pasta has a sauce that tastes good enough for drinkers to like, but I don't know what the base is.

조리중 오픈키친 냄새가 참 좋다. 재료의 퀼리티도 좋다. 들어간 재료를 보면 가격은 충분히 수긍됨. 근데 조리로서 특별한 점은 글쎄다... 차라리 츠키치 시장에서 해산물 재료로 승부하던 이탈리안 가게가 떠오르더라......
