👍👍 I hadn't done sports for many years, and here I got in shape. The instructors are very attentive and make the training more fun and enjoyable. The only downside is that there is no activity on Saturdays and Sundays.

👍👍 Wonderful meeting space. Whether to practice yoga, or for multiple workshops, individual sessions, annual retreats, etc. My experience at this center is wonderful. Olga, a teacher and magnificent host of this place, where we can express ourselves and share with special people.

👍👍 Good facilities, quiet gym, reminiscent of regular gyms, not macro gyms where people just go for posturing. Regarding martial arts, I leave the best for last, the best Agus!! The treatment and facilities were perfect and I can see them getting better every day. Totally recommended gym.
