👍👍 In Italy I am a loyal customer of the Yves Rocher chain. I live in the south but I don't give up these wonderful products. This branch in Santa Cruz is beautiful. the staff very well prepared and friendly.

😠 Tried to pay with credit card. Was charged twice and told the payment hadn’t gone through. My bank had taken both amounts out of my account. I was told this happens all the time and not to worry, I’ll get a refund from my bank sometime today. Not good enough. Needs to be sorted out.
