😠 Worst shop ever! Avoid! Made order online of value almost 2 thousand on April. At the end of May after many calls I got information they forgot my order... Then they promised delivery in 4 weeks more. Now is June! No items what I ordered, no money back, no contact from the shop. Avoid at all cost!!!

🫤 2 Aug ‘22 - Have ordered a lot from this shop in past few years and experience generally good, but recent experience dreadful. Maybe post covid, but no excuse for poor service. Fairly large order for new villa, delivery on 25 July late, incomplete & incorrect. Been waiting a week and still no respon...

👍👍 We went to buy a table which we had seen in the shop several weeks previously. Unfortunately the table we saw had been sold however Juana managed to source another one for us and it was delivered within 24 hours. Excellent service, friendly staff and wouldn't hesitate to buy from this shop again.

😠 Definitely NO, NO!!!! Very rude, we have reclamation, sofa broke after 6 month, we went to store, they said send us e mail with photos, witch I did, and after 10 days still waiting for any response.

😠 Never ever go here, unless you want big problems. They do not deliver what they promise and do not want to give money back, just keep saying "tomorrow". No acceptable customer service provided.
