😠 Empresa con gran falta de profesionalidad e humanidad. Mientras yo compraba unas sillas, mi padre, una persona mayor y enferma, de modo inconsciente manchó un sofá. La tienda no quiso activar el protocolo de su seguro y exigió que me llevase un cojín de 120cm a la tintorería y lo devolviera limpió...

😠 Deceptive trading techniques. They have had the huge sign that covers all the windows with the misleading message “Liquidation for renovations” for just one year. Reforms? A year with that message and nothing without reform and they continue to bring new and seasonal genres? It's a hoax.

😠 On Friday 07/13/2018 I was in the store on Carrer d'Arago, and the attention from the shop assistant was fatal, little attention and not much desire to sell, I made a query and he answered me very curtly and I gave up other purchases for that reason I value a zero in attention.

😠 Furniture store. Nice design but a little bit expensive. They do NOT deliver the furnuture at time!!! And in addition they don't know how to assemble the furniture, they are very rude. HORRIBLE! We had to take our sofa apart and to reassemble it together again.
