👍 Free to visit this is a good example of a medieval church and monastery with some amazing paintings and murals. Unfortunately much of it is currently being restored so not all the place is accessible- however it is definitely worth a visit

13th-century Franciscan hermitage with a figure of the Virgin at which Christopher Columbus prayed.
