Worst rated Tourist attractions in Ciutat Vella, Spain

😠 Last year was beautiful, this year regrettable. You can't hear anything at all... Those who reported it because the music bothered them must live bitterly... On top of that it is a totally daytime schedule, the last session at 7:15 p.m., you see... Surely they heard more of the cars that are passing...
