😠 Nunca te cojen el teléfono. La señora del mostrador. Una rubia pelo corto y gafas es de un borde que casi le meto una paliza!! No solo por una vez. Si no por muchas que nos tocan a mi marido y a mi. Con ella. Es borde, grosera nada empatica! Deveria trabajar para kutxabank!!

😠 They are unpleasant, they answer you with contempt and not even being saturated with work. And it seems that if you don't know how to answer in Basque, the treatment is even worse. Shame on having to talk about a health service that you go to, not especially for pleasure.
