😐 It's a regular Friday, not a holiday, hours listed are from 8:30AM to 2:30 PM we get here at12PM and it's closed. So I'm only giving it 3 stars for the unique exterior facade.

👍 Curious museum to learn about the art and history of sand carpets. We enter for free. You can access the balconies, which are very similar to those of the famous house next door. Interesting to go up to the roof to see the views. It has toilets.
